Use the scissors on the soldier to get rid of him.

Once you get rid of him he will leave his ax behind. This is not the only way to get rid of soldiers and in later levels you will need to find different ways to take care of them.

Now you need to make it to the castle but there is a hole in the way. Somehow you need to build a bridge. Try cutting down the tree with the ax.

Once it is cut the tree will become a plank of wood.

Now place the plank over the hole to make a bridge.

Congratulations. You just made your first bridge. Cross the bridge and approach the castle.

Now you only have one thing left to do. Use the key on the door to open the castle and you will be finished with your first level.

There are two bridges you will need to build. You will also have to deal with a pesky little soldier. Notice the cup of water that is above the soldier.

Pour the cup of water on the soldier and it will create a pile of wet cardboard goo.

Now place the cardboard goo in the hole.

This will fill the hole but you still can’t get across it because it is wet. You need to scroll to the left and touch the sun.

This will dry the goo and make a bridge.

Now you can create the other bridge. Pick up the ax left over by the soldier and cut down the tree. This will make a plank of wood.

Now put the plank over the hole to make a bridge.

That’s all you need to do. The path is now open and you can get on your way.

Lets get right to it. Take the sun and move it down toward the hole.

Now that is night you will see that there is an ax in the night sky. You will find on most levels you will be able to find an ax if you bring on the night.

Now take the ax and cut down the tree. This will create a plank of wood that you can use to build a bridge.

At this point you can try to place the bridge but it will not work. Notice the sun was attached to a piece of string. With the string attached you cannot place a bridge so you must lift the sun up and make it day again.
To the left of you is the moon. Move this down into the hole to so you can bring on the day again.

Now you can make the bridge. Place the plank over the hole and create a bridge.

There you have it. You are over 1/2 way through the first part of the adventure.

First lets get rid of that soldier. Move the sun down and make it night.

In the night sky you will find an ax. Use the ax to take out the soldier.

At this point you can make it daytime again. Touch the roster to bring up the sun.

Now you can take the ax left over by the soldier to cut down the tree.

Now place the wood plank over the hole to create a bridge. Notice the bell to the right of the bridge.

Ring the bell to make a cat appear.

It looks like the missing cat was causing that little girl to cry. Try giving her the cat to cheer her up.

That appeared to do the trick. The girl is so happy she dropped a key for you. Pick up the key and make it out the door. You are done in this level.

Scroll to the right to deal with the soldier. You will need to touch the cow that is facing him and he will kick the soldier into a hole.

Next, cut down the tree with the ax that the soldier left behind.

Place the wood plank left behind to create a bridge.

Next, move the raft over to the left side and the knight will get on.

Move the raft to the right side and the knight will continue along the pat.

He will continue walking and soon hit the cow who had helped you before. When he does the cow will flee but you will see a very fat man who will eat it.

Notice the fat man. He appears to be hungry and there is a tree ripe with fruit.

Start feeding the fat man some fruit and he will get even bigger.

Now that he is huge, use the water on him.

He will turn into a tree after you add the water. Now he is vulnerable and you can easily defeat him with the scissors.

Now the path is clear and you have passed the level. Notice that when you defeated him you not only saved the cow but the all the fruit that he ate.

Just to the right of this you will see a bull…and he looks a little angry. Try placing the bull next to the soldier and touch the bull. He apparently does not like that and he kicks the soldier into the fire.

So now you have a fire to deal with but don’t worry about that now. First look for a hole in to the right of the bull. Chop down the tree that you see there.

This will give you a plank of wood.

Put the plank over the hole to create a bridge. Note the match that is located above the hole.

OK, now this is where it gets fun. This was my favorite part of the Chapter. Take the match and place it on the bull.

This is where it gets fun. The match will light the bulls tail on fire and send him into a stampede. This might sound dangerous but it’s really good for you because the castle has bars on the door and you need to get past it.

Now all you really have to worry about is the fire. This is simple. Take the water located above the fire and put it out.

This will make a pile of cardboard goo but you still can’t walk across it.

Now you need to dry the goo so touch the sun and let it dry. This will open up the path and the knight will move forward.

Now the path is clear and the knight is well on his way in this new adventure.

Now scroll to the right and you will see some sort of sea dragon. Notice his mouth is open. Place the inflated frog into the mouth of the sea dragon and watch what happens!!!

Now you will need to take care of both the soldier and the second raft. A raft in this game cannot make it across the river if there is another raft present. There is only one way to take care of this. You have to sink the second raft. Lucky for you there is a cow that looks big enough to sink the raft. Use the scissors and cut the cow loose.

After this place the cow on the raft and make it sink.

What you get afterwards are three piles of wet cardboard goo. This is good for you because you can use one of them to fill the void that is front of the knight.

Next place one of the piles of goo in the empty crevice…

Now touch the sun so it can dry the cardboard and make it solid like so…

Now the knight will walk onto the raft. Simply drag the raft to the other side of the river and you will finish the level.

And so it’s on to the next level.

Next you need to address the other soldier. Place the cow next to him and do the same thing.

Now that you have both of the soldiers out of the way you can focus on your other tasks. In a tree just to the right of the night is a piece of fruit. The fruit looks small so you have to look carefully.

Pick up to the fruit and scroll right. There you will see a bird with a key in its mouth. Give the fruit to the bird and it will drop the key.

Next you will want to put out the fire. Place the cloud over the fire and turn it into a pile of wet cardboard goo.

You will want to make a hole here so place the cow over the pile of glue. Abracadabra… you have a hole.

Next you will want to take care of that pile of cardboard goo next to the knight. Simply place the pile of bricks on top of the goo and it will create another hole.

So now you have a couple holes to deal with. Take one of the axes left over from the soldiers and cut down the fence.

This is what you will get….

You now need to get one more plank. Grab the last remaining ax and cut down the tree.

There are a total of four holes so just start placing planks on the empty holes.

Once you finish all four holes the path will be open all the way to the castle. Grab the key and use it on the door and you will be on your way out!!!

After you get the fruit feed it to the bird and he will let the key go. At this point touch the cat and it will turn into night. An ax can be found in the night sky. Use this to cut the tree and make a plank of wood.

Directly across the bridge you will find a house with a key. Use the key the bird dropped and open the door. A bell will be revealed. Ring the bell and a small cat will appear.

When that is done, touch the roster at the top of the house and this will make it day again.

Next you will see a cup of ice next to the sun. Touch the sun and the ice will melt.

Once the ice is melt you can use the water to put out the fire.

Touch the sun again in order to dry out the cardboard goo and then approach the mouse.

Now, take the cat that appeared when you rang the bell. Put the cat on the mouse and they will both disappear and clear the rest of the way for you.

The best way to do this is to have the cow kick the soldier into the fire. Free the cow with the scissors and then move him next to the soldier. Touch the cow and he will kick the soldier into the fire. Pretty brutal!

Now you need to get rid of the fire. Just above the damsel you will find a cup of water.

Now use the water to get rid of the flames. This will make a bunch of cardboard goo that you can put the cow on.

After you drop the cow in the hole use the cloud to water the bushes next to the kidnapper. This will make it grow a bunch of flowers.

Now give the flowers to the damsel. She will run into the house and the kidnapper will follow her. You better hurry because i heard her screaming!

How can you get the kidnapper out of the house? Try moving the sun into the hole to make it night time.

I have a feeling something bad is about to happen….

Oh no! It looks like he has turned into a werewolf! Don’t worry. You can find an ax in the night sky. Give him a good whack with it and he’ll go away. After he’s gone move the moon, located to the left, into the hole to make it daylight again.

Now to get across the hole. Use the ax left over from the soldier and use it on the tree to make a plank.

Use the plank on the hole to create a bridge. The knight will then move up to the damsel’s castle.

When you killed the werewolf he left behind a key. Use it to unlock the castle and set the damsel free.

Congratulations. Enjoy it as you watch the knight and damsel ride off into the sunset.

Go ahead and give the fruit to the bird and he will drop the key. Now use the remaining cloud to douse the flames and make a nice pile of cardboard goo.

Now you want to make a hole. Find some bricks to your right and place them on the goo. This should make a hole that you will be able to bring the sun into.

Now that you have a hole go ahead and move the sun down and make it night.

In the night sky you will find two axes. Use these to cut down the two trees. While you are at it, use the scissors on the soldier.

OK, now you can use the ax that was left behind to kill the soldier to the far right. That should leave you with just one more ax. While you are here go ahead and move the moon into the hole so you can make it daytime again.

Now that the sun is out of the hole you can make a bridge over the crevice.

As soon as you have crossed the bridge use your one remaining ax to tear down the bridge. After this move the sun down into the hole again to make it night.

Once it is night use the last plank of wood to make a hole that is under the moon. This should open up the path the rest of the way for you.

After you cross the bridge simply use the key that was earlier dropped by the bird and you will be on your way out of this level.

The first thing that you will want to do is scroll to the right. Notice the small crack in the ground? On one of the trees is a small piece of fruit. Take this fruit and plant it in the crack on the ground. Once you are finished with this use one of the clouds to water the small tree and make it into a tree large enough to use for a wood plank.

Next you will see a cow that is tied to a pole by a rope. Use the scissors above the cow to cut the rope.

Once the cow is free you can move it to a patch of grass to the left. Just to the left of this is a soldier. Touch the cow and make it kick that terrible soldier right of there!

Now that the troublesome soldier is out of the way go ahead and make it night. To the right you will see the sun. Pull it down into the hole to bring on the darkness.

Use the ax that shows up in the night sky on a tree to make a plank of wood. Use the plank to cover the hole directly underneath the moon. This will create a bridge. That will allow you to cross.

Once you cross the bridge use an ax to tear down the bridge that you just built. This will allow you to move the sun and the moon freely again. Once the bridge is torn down go ahead and move the moon to the hole so you can bring on the daylight.

Once this is done use the cloud on the last remaining soldier. This will make him into a pile of wet cardboard. In addition to this he will leave behind his ax.

Now you can use the ax on the remaining tree. There should already be a plank of wood on the ground so cutting the tree down will give you two. Use these two planks to complete the bridge. Once completed, the night will be able to advance to the hole directly under the sun. 

Once you are at the hole. Use the wet cardboard left over from the soldier and place it in the hole.

Lastly, touch the sun so it can dry out the cardboard. This will clear the path for the rest of the way!

First take care of that fire. You can use the cup of water at the far right of the level.

Use the cup of water on the fire and create a pile of wet cardboard.

Now look to the right and find a pile of bricks.

Now use that pile of bricks on the water logged cardboard to create a hole.

It looks like you are going to need a lot of wood on this level. Use a cloud on the tree to the right to create a piece of fruit.

Now, scroll to the right to find a small crack in the ground. Use the fruit on the crack to create a small tree.

Use the last remaining cloud to water this small tree and make it into one that can be cut for wood.

Now, remember the hole that you created to the right? You can now drag the sun down and make it nighttime.

Once it is dark can take out the soldier while he is asleep. Use his own axe on him to get rid of him.

Once he is gone then you need to take care of the last soldier. You need to be very careful about this. You will need to use the match but make sure that you use the match on the boat and not on the soldier. The boat will burn up and the soldier will plunge into the water leaving his axe behind.

With that out of the way you can start concentrating on gathering wood. There should be two axes now. One in the water and one just above it in the sky. Use them to chop down the trees.

You will also get an extra piece of wood once it is night time. Use two pieces of wood on the bridge and one piece in the last crevice that is left. Move your raft to cross the bridge and you can pass the rest of the way through without a problem.

You want to pick up the fruit and scroll to the right where you will see a small crack in the ground. Plant the fruit here.

This will create a small tree. Use both the cloud and the cup of water to water the tree and it will produce 3 pieces of fruit. Do you see? Much better than one piece of fruit!

It is very important to use all three pieces of fruit first. To the left is a bird with a key. Feed him the fruit and he will drop the key.

Scroll to the left and place the fruit inside of an empty cart. The cart will start to move and create a walkway for you over an empty crevice.

You will need to use the last piece of fruit on the farmer located to the far left of the screen. Feed him and he will gladly give you the sickle he was holding.

OK, now that you are done using all the fruit you can chop down the tree. Use the scissors, axe or sickle to do the job. Use the plank on the last remaining crevice to create another bridge.

You are still blocked by the cracked door in the castle so use the scissors, axe, or sickle to cut it open.

This will open up the pathway and bring you to a soldier. Use the scissors, axe or sickle to get rid of him and he will drop his axe.

Again you will be blocked by a cracked castle door. Use the axe that the soldier dropped on the castle to open up the pathway.

The path will lead you finally to a locked castle door. Remember the key that the bird dropped? Use the key on this door to open it up.

Congratulations. You are one level away from finishing the adventure portion of the game!

Behind him is another soldier. Use the axe that was dropped by the first soldier and use it on the second soldier. Again, he will drop his axe. 

Now go back to the crevice. There will be a pile of wet cardboard left over from the first soldier. Use this on the crevice to fill the void.

Once you do this simply touch the sun. The wet cardboard will dry and allow you to pass over it. Now you can walk up to the catapult.

Now place the pile of bricks in the catapult and use the left over axe to cut the rope holding the catapult.

Once you do this the knight will walk up to another crevice with a witch standing in your way.

Notice the storm cloud to the left. Scroll to the right and find another storm cloud. Combine these to storm clouds to create a thunder cloud.

Use the thunder cloud on the witch. It will not kill her but it will create a ball of light.

Scroll to the right and find a mirror.

Place this mirror on the knight and it will reflect the electric beam back on the witch. This will do her in.

The witch will drop a key but you still need to get across the crevice.Take the scissors that were above the witch and scroll to the left. You will find a tree near the beginning of the level. Cut the tree to create a plank of wood.

Use the plank on the crevice and you will be able to cross. Pick up the key the witch left behind and open the door to the castle.

Congratulations! You have now finished the adventure levels of Cardboard Castle and have unlocked the endless level “Race Against the Clock!”
